Dispute Resolution

In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may contact an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity.

Alternative Dispute Resolution entities provide an independent and impartial means of resolving disputes between consumers and businesses without necessarily having to resort to court proceedings.

In accordance with applicable Portuguese legislation, consumers may contact the competent Consumer Alternative Dispute Resolution entity.
